Crystalline Privacy Policy: Ensuring User Protection
Here at The Crystalline Peace Project, we have endeavoured to create a universal platform where users can openly express their heartfelt messages of peace.
However, we also understand that our peaceful intent is open to misuse and may not be respected by all users. For this reason, we felt it necessary to request email addresses as a kind of access key. In the event that we detect abuse of our project, such as leaving inappropriate and/or offensive messages, we may use the email address of the offender to take action against them. This ensures greater protection for all users.
How does The Crystalline Peace Project
use the information I provide?
To participate in the project, we require your email address for linking information within our internal data base. This means that whenever a user registers a crystal or retrieves a crystal peace message, their email address is required by our system. The email address is like a key that links all the information relevant to each crystal, in order to create an individualized crystal profile. The exciting thing about this is that if a crystal is re-registered as part of the project, we can track its journey.
Along with your email address, all information submitted is used by us to internally track data relevant to each crystal. All email addresses are kept strictly confidential and will never be given to any other person.
An integral part of The Crystalline Peace Project involves entering a message of peace that is retrievable by entering the Crystalline Code Number (CCN) assigned to it.
What information do other users see?
When a peace message is retrieved by a user the following information appears on screen, based on the following fields of data:

All remaining profile data, including your personal details, as well as optional data (such as the feelings evoked by the crystal), is kept strictly confidential. Other users do not have access to this information as it is incrypted within our secure data base and used by us to internally track and link data.
What do we do with the information submitted?
All information entered into our system is securely stored within our data base. Some of the information is used to create an individual crystal profile as outlined previously. While your personal details and any optional data is collated within our system. The optional data may be used by us as a resource for our ongoing research. Part of our vision here at The Crystalline Peace Project is to illuminate the tangible results in the field of Quantum Consciousness, Remote Visioning, Meditation and Crystal Energy.
All personal information is kept separate from the optional data, to ensure user privacy is respected. Thus any published findings are gathered with respect to individual privacy.
Our No Spam Email Policy:
The Crystalline Peace Project does not send or advocate 'spam' email. The widely accepted definition of "spam" is unsolicited commercial email, or in other words, email of a commercial nature that the recipient does not want.
Email with inspirational content is forwarded to users whom expressly request it, by joining our Mailing List
In some instances, we may personally contact individual users to inform them of their crystal's status, such as in the case where crystals have been registered multiple times.
